Over 25 years’ international experience across Europe, USA, Asia and Africa with global blue chip organisations such as Ford, M&C Saatchi and The Prudential. Global Applications Director at BP, and prior to returning to Nigeria, was CTO for the UK Criminal Justice and Chair, UK Government Enterprise Architecture Board. In Nigeria, he was Group CIO of Access Bank PLC and also served as the MD/CEO of Emerging Markets Payments, West and Central Africa.
Over 20 years in the UK and Canada as a technology infrastructure expert, successfully implementing and managing numerous multi-million dollar technology projects for major fortune 500 companies (IBM, Toronto Dominion Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, SunLife Financial, and Rogers Telecommunications). Sound operations background and was General Manager Operations at Dimension Data West Africa.
Nozipho is a chartered accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. She joins Rack Centre from Dimension Data (multinational providing ICT solutions and services), where she was the Finance Director for the West Africa business. Prior to that, she was a consultant with PwC Nigeria; notable clients include First Bank of Nigeria, Continental Reinsurance and Chevron Nigeria. She trained with PwC South Africa, focusing on external audits for clients in the technology, media and entertainment industries.
Mr. Frederick Udoaka joined Rack Centre from MTN Nigeria, where he was Chief Enterprise Business Officer, MTN Business and has over 25 years’ international EMEA leadership experience in IT delivery, sales and business development at blue chip multinationals. Prior to MTN, he was Sales Director for Oracle Corporation Systems in West and Central Africa, and was IBM’s Business Development Director for Middle East and Africa. He has also held other IBM leadership roles covering UK and Ireland, and held management roles with other blue chip multi-nationals such as Shell Services International, UK.
