Abiodun has over 20 years of work experience in project engineering, sales, strategy, and business development in B2B and B2C, gained from quality engagements in various industries, especially Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Information Technology.
He has an impressive track record of achievements with global brands like Honeywell and Globacom, in Asset management, Market expansion, Revenue drive, Strategic Partnerships, Channel management, and C-Level client management across the Corporate, Public, and SME sectors. He led various teams with tremendous achievements in growing sales volume and market share in the voice, data, and internet space across all the regions of the country and Ghana in over 10 years’ experience in the Telecoms industry.
Until March 2022, he led the Lagos Enterprise Sales team of one of the major Telcos in Nigeria with annual sales revenue of over 50 million USD.
Abiodun has first degree (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife and MBA from ESUT Business School, Enugu. He has attended various trainings, seminars, and workshops locally and internationally.

Ada Deborah Asuquo is a Human Resources professional with over five years of progressive experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy development, and HR strategy. Currently serving as an HR Officer at Rack Centre, Lagos, she plays a pivotal role in implementing HR initiatives, managing recruitment and driving employee engagement.
Ada has a track record of streamlining HR processes, enhancing workforce productivity, and fostering a positive work environment. Previously, she served as an HR Business Partner at Cloud Exchange West Africa, where she aligned HR functions with business objectives, improved retention strategies, and led key policy initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, Nigeria. Her expertise extends to HR systems management, and staff learning and development. Ada is also a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), the largest governing Human Resources body in Nigeria and trained in Human Resource Management at Lagos Business School.

She currently serves as the Senior Marketing Associate at Rack Centre, Lagos – a leading carrier and cloud-neutral data centre in West Africa. In this role, Ada works closely with the sales department to strengthen Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts, ensuring streamlined client engagement and support throughout the customer journey.
Ada plays a pivotal role in the execution and success of Rack Centre’s marketing initiatives. Her responsibilities span event planning and coordination, marketing KPI report analysis, social media content development, and lead generation and analysis. Her contributions are instrumental in driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.
Academically, Ada holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Abuja. She also earned a Professional Certificate in Marketing Communication from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management (UK), further solidifying her expertise in strategic marketing and communications.

Amoo Adebowale
Deputy Manager, Command Centre
Amoo Adebowale (Deputy Manager, Command Centre)
Adebowale is the Deputy Manager, Command Centre & Enterprise IT at Rack Centre. He is an experienced IT Engineer with over 11 years of experience in the information technology industry.
He is a graduate of Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
Some of his core strengths include resource management, excellent customer service, good communication skills, troubleshooting, application management, computer hardware and software support, end-user support, change management, and incident management.
A few years after joining Rack Centre, he became the team lead of his unit and was able to successfully manage all activities within the unit whilst still reporting to his manager.
For 3 years consecutively, he has been a key resource in the successful certification/recertification of enterprise management systems like ISO27001 and ISO22301.
As Deputy Manager for the Command Centre & Enterprise IT, he is responsible for the management of the Command Centre Unit and all its Deliverables, ensuring all the business unit's IT needs are met.
Adebowale loves driving, broadening his knowledge about cars, watching football, learning new innovations in science and technology, watching movies, troubleshooting and fixing computers, and investing in real estate.

Kelechi is the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst at Rack Centre. The expansion project of the Lagos Campus Data Center, the implementation of the enterprise ERP and the successful certification of enterprise management systems like ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc. are just a few of the important business goals and initiatives he has helped Rack Centre with since joining in 2019.
As the GRC Analyst, he is responsible for overseeing Rack Centre's processes and policies to ensure that they are in line with the company's goals and that risk is properly managed while also adhering to all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Having worked in the Information Technology sector for more than 8 years, Kelechi is knowledgeable inService Management, End-user Support, Project Management, and Corporate Governance. In his free time, Kelechi enjoys music, football, tennis, and volunteering for youth development programmes.

Sunday Opadijo is the Head, Data Centre and Facility Operations unit at Rack Centre Limited. He is a career focused professional, and a Data Centre expert with a wide range of experience in the Data Centre, IT, and telecommunication industries with over 18 years’ industry experience. He possesses a strong ability to work on my own initiative and as part of a team, with proven leadership skills involving managing, developing, and motivating teams to achieve key objectives.
As a result of his exemplary leadership, technical experience and hard work, he won an individual award, Data Center Manager of the year in 2018, organized by Data Center Dynamics in the UK.
In 2019, He led the Operations Team to win Data Centre Operations of the year. Rack Centre has been awarded several customer focused awards including Data Center Dynamics in the UK: Data Centre Operations team of the year (2019), Capacity Africa Carrier Awards; the Best Africa Data Centre Project (2016), Data Center Dynamics Impact Award Winner, to mention a few.
Sunday Opadijo has proven track records of successfully leading teams to manage various data centre expansion and power projects. Sunday has over 18 years’ experience in brick & mortar and modular data centres with sound and technical experience on air optimiser, DX units, building management systems, changeover systems, IT busbars, fire systems, trend controllers, phoenix contact controllers, operations of Bladeroom data centre, etc.
Sunday’s hobbies include reading, playing table tennis and watching soccer.
